Florida Trial Date

It seems we finally have a trial date of the 8/9/14 – this time we are looking at five days of who said what on the internet. Hopefully free coffee is supplied to ensure no one falls asleep.

Unfortunately it seems that the maximum sentence which appears to be being advocated is 120 years for anonymous blog posts and hoax emails.  Hopefully Bill doesn’t get found guilty and sentenced to 120 years for the alleged sending of stupid hoax emails and bad taste in music.

The other notable point is that apparently the US government still thinks Bill has followers who do whatever crazy crap appears on the internet. I’m sure they know that Bill’s site has a pitiful hit rate and that the Facebook page had 54 friends, his books have exceptionally low sales rates and no one visits this website except the US government, hackers, trolls, and lawyers. These people need to get realistic – Bill quite simply has no followers at all. And that includes me – I disagree strongly with him on certain topics. I update this out of charity and that’s all.

And – predictably – the Facebook page is back, so everyone who was ‘lucky’ enough to be ‘friends’ with whoever was using that page gets a minor role in the court documents. I knew it’d be reappearing.

Anyway, there is a 40 page summary of stupid emails from what sounds like a drunk guy quoting bad song lyrics. Regardless of who or what sent them, 120 years for typing stupid stuff on the internet is a bit harsh I think.

Another Letter on Thoughtcrime

Harold Covington has put another letter from Bill up on his blog. I have had some mail from Bill so mine is not all ‘disappearing’ at least. Other than that there doesn’t appear to be much activity going on with this case. From the sounds of things it may not be resolved in early September. Let’s just hope it doesn’t drag  on forever like the last one.

Then when that’s over Bill has the case with the jail. I suppose at least this time around he won’t be on the ‘receiving’ end of the law.

Anyway here is Bill’s letter to Harold. Sound like he’s been regulated to some form of medieval torture dungeon back in the days of yore before running water was invented. I’m still a bit concerned about this ‘Magic Shave’. When I googled it before there were LOTS of complaints from people saying it had caused chemical burns.

And let’s face it ‘Magic Shave’ does sound like some nasty product that’s come out of a laboratory in China where scientists probably get paid $2 per hour. Probably does make people’s skin fall off…

August 4th, 2014

Hello, Harold:

I saw the sun today for the first time in 40 days.

I have just learned from reading the newspaper this afternoon more about the case pending against me than anyone has seen fit to tell me so far, which may be one of the reasons the jail tried to ban me from receiving or reading newspapers before I sued them. Apparently there is a related case going to trial, perhaps in September, perhaps in the Florida state system. Details are sketchy. This may explain why I have been targeted as I have been. I have nothing to do with any of it, which as usual simply doesn’t seem to matter.

I may also have a co-plaintiff soon. Right now affidavits are being gathered from John Polk inmates who have been physically or sexually assaulted, or otherwise tortured and abused in the facility.

Personally I have begun to resemble the Wolfman. No razor or shaving cream yet. I’ve stopped even asking. I have a crazy uneven beard beneath which my face is still burn-scarred from the time when they were forcing me to use negro Magic Shave Powder. Not all the hair on my face has grown back, but enough has to make me look like Dr. Zeus from Planet of the Apes. I am also still so dirty even after my one brief shower that when they finally let me out today and I sweated in the sun, skin peeled off me like a fried chicken. Gross, huh?

No word yet on whether I will be allowed to clean myself and shave for court or be given a suit and tie. They may drag me in and out of the courtroom in shackles and chains looking and smelling like this, in order to impress the jury with my innate evil. I mean, anyone who looks and stinks like a wild man must be guilty, right?

Otherwise, I’ve been working with Thietmar. Amazing stuff. I caught on to the relationship of St. Maurice and Manichaeanism, and there is a definite Apollonian quality to Henry I the Fowler and Otto I the Great. But Henry’s son by Edith, Liudolf, was Pythagorean. His brother, Bruno, was criticized for being a philosopher. His other brother, Daikmar, was sacrificed with a spear in the church of St. Peter’s in Erseburg, on the site of the old Irminthul. And Edith’s bloodline was seen as “saved” even in the 10th century, 200 years before Henry II of England started to say it was. I can’t make up stuff as good as this.

Erroneous Use of Boyd Rice Music as ‘Evidence’

Boyd Rice with his Award Winning Hawaiian Jelly

Boyd Rice with his Award Winning Hawaiian Jelly

The problem with investigations on people’s music preferences being performed by investigators is that it is done by ‘non-experts’. To cite Boyd Rice, winner of the Jello Award as music listened to by ‘White Supremacists’ is beyond a joke and I would seriously suggest sitting down and actually listening to Mr. Rice before jumping to false conclusions. I’ll give you a primer on Boyd Rice – I don’t find his music that great, but his jello really can’t be beaten.

Here’s a picture of alleged ‘neo-nazi’ musician Boyd Rice with his award winning jello. Scary guy eh? I don’t know about anyone else here, but I don’t think that being trolled with song lyrics by Boyd Rice could possibly be deemed as threatening.

As we can see from the jelly picture, Mr. Rice is very far from ‘scary’. Plus he appears to love the non-white people of Hawaii, as his jelly is a tribute to their culture.

I just had a look at some of  Dan Casey’s blog comments he says are from Bill White – one of them does mention Boyd Rice, the award winning jello artist. Excuse my pun, but Boyd Rice’s music is accused here making these people quiver like ‘jello’.

One of the songs Dan Casey cite’s is Boyd Rice’s ‘Total War’. Now, to highlight the fact that this song was never serious, Mr. Rice made another version – ‘Total Queer‘. Let’s have a look at that one to fully understand the Mr. Rice is not a Nazi, just a weird guy who occasionally likes to dress up in black uniforms for stage theatrics.

Here’s the second version of Boyd Rice’s Total War – TOTAL QUEER. I think that once you listen to the lyrics, you’ll realise that Mr. Rice can in no way be classified as having music that promotes Nazism in any way.

So it seems that Boyd Rice, Award Winning Jelly Artist is classified by ‘intelligence services’ as ‘white supremacist’ music and a threat to the government. Perhaps they don’t like jello.

All this time worrying about non-existent Nazi’s detracts from real political threats to American soil – for example let’s have a look at an old gothic song from the Cold War I. Sister’s of Mercy – ‘Dominion: Mother Russia…..White House in the Red Square” which is what is going to happen if the US government continues to waste resources looking for non-existent Nazi groups rather than the KGB funded Eurasians, whom they completely ignore…and of which there appear to be thousands in the US.

If US government doesn’t stop twiddling around with non-existent Nazi groups, you can expect to see Putin run against Hillary in the next election. They worry about Total Queer, when they should be worried about…. Mother Russia….

Neo-Communists, not Neo-Nazi’s are the real political threat to the United States.

New US Attorney, Same Old US Strategy

Letters from Bill appear to have picked up in speed – but despite his period of ‘no telephone’ being supposed to end, it hasn’t. As we move closer to trial, I’ll be putting LESS of the letter content online. These are just my own speculations. Here is my second stage of in-depth case analysis and thus far everything is proceeding exactly as I expected it would.

1) The first US attorney has been pulled off the job or decided to quit. This is no surprise, because if it were my job I would be quick to abandon a case with no physical evidence (save for flimsy a posteriori arguments using  ad hominems which I will expand on soon) and allegations of prison torture for the making of anonymous blog posts. The second attorney has his work cut out here, and quite frankly I think the first one has had a lucky escape from having to be assigned to this horrendous mess.

2) Moving on to point two. The second US Attorney, quite predictably, has opted for a straight out a posteriori  stratagem based on a few spurious ad hominems. For those of you not versed in strategy and debate, this means there is no evidence at all and he’s going to base his entire argument around Facebook posts and ten year old internet comments from the original Overthrow. This means the whole case rests on a premise of “because you said something ten years ago, you might have said this too”. Obviously, this is a dubious technique which suggests that there is actually no real evidence of any kind.

3) The strategy is all wrong. As I said before, the very worst thing that could happen to the US Attorney’s case would be for Bill to fall silent. They think it would be a good thing – it saves on those anonymous jury expenses – but if Bill actually really does have no followers as I keep saying then all it prevents is Bill actually leaking any information about himself on the internet – which provides everything with a certain element of je ne sais quoi on all fronts. It would have been in their interest to let him keep talking.

4) The actual a posteriori points. Some of these are a bit ridiculous. The evidence the US seeks to introduce revolves around his taste in music (which is a bit like saying that if someone watches spiderman, they will put on a red suit and start shooting webs everywhere) – ipso facto instant absurdism. Even worse, he clearly doesn’t have any knowledge of the music cited. Death in June, for example, is evidence of being a ‘White Supremacist’. Death in June are actually homosexual Jews, and openly so. Everyone knows this. Boyd Rice is apparently another one – Boyd Rice has no political affiliations at all and is part of the Church of Satan. Not connected to anything political at all – he simply uses Fascism as a ploy to offend people because being offensive is apparently ‘Satanic’.

Apparently Bill’s writing will also be used as evidence. I don’t recall reading anything he’s written that relates to  the content of the emails. Everything I’ve seen is stuff on mythology and the Catholic Church. I know the Catholics have had their criminal moments, but how can Catholicism be connected to facetious  internet comments?

And of course Facebook will be back. So, all Bill’s friends with FB content will get misquoted again, not consulted and presented as evidence without even so much as being notified that they were involved in court case, as was the case with Roanoke where  non-US residents were quoted without their knowledge or permission and evidence was also cited  from a man who doesn’t even exist. Great investigative work there – quite frankly I’m appalled that a person who does not even exist can be quoted from Facebook in a trial. How can that even be legal?

5) Internet posts. This just says it all. Even if some guy was drunk surfing the internet pretending to be Charles Manson, no one is going to take that seriously. Yet apparently high ranking officials in the US were terrified of some nut making random comments on the internet. I find it very hard to believe that experienced judges and FBI officials would be intimidated by a couple of nutty emails.

6) The last point I have to make in relation to the US Attorney’s premise is that he seems to indicate from his argument, that the actual charge is ‘white supremacism’ – an interesting development from the original charges, but sadly not all connected with them. If the actual charge was ‘white supremacism’ then it may be relevant – however it is not and the point simply becomes an argument based on retrospective ad hominems.

7) Just for the record, I don’t listen to Boyd Rice, am not a ‘white supremacist’ or a Nazi and I think Charles Manson was a stupid hippy twat. Since Manson himself was an utter failure at everything, I fail to see why anyone would emulate him.

8) Oh and someone located in Orlando Florida  keeps giving me crank phone calls – rather suspicious all things considered (even more so because I don’t even live in the USA).
