Letters from Bill

Today I received a batch of letters from Bill – whenever there is an impending trial his mail always gets delayed, because some person in the office  needs to photocopy and highlight any useful parts. Since everyone knows they do this (because the delay makes it obvious) the chances of anything useful appearing is substantially reduced and the whole process becomes a self-defeating exercise.

Points of interest:

  • On the 1st of July Bill mentions that he’ll ‘be “leaving the jail soon” – this is looking less and less likely every day and I doubt it’s going to happen. The later letters emphasis a growing awareness that once again, the efficiency of bureaucracy will fail to deliver.
  • Due to the situation with the mail, don’t send Bill anything but letters.
  • Bill sent through a list of books he wants, but I will put that up later since he may not be given any books people send at the moment.
  • Other than that Bill’s complaining of an assortment of medical symptoms which sound like chronic anaemia or possibly a liver/kidney disorder. Since he’s a vegetarian my best guess is that he currently has severe anaemia from the symptoms described.
  • Once again, he’s assuring me that the case is going well and he’ll win. Since I’ve now heard this on every occasion, this may just be unfounded optimism.
  • Then there is some mysterious product called ‘magic shave’ – as far as I can tell this is some nasty product designed to dissolve (yes, dissolve!) beards as an alternative to shaving. Obviously anything that dissolves hair is likely to be toxic, but according to Bill prisoners are supposed to put this stuff on their face to shave. When I googled it, the internet revealed lots of people complaining about chemical burns from it. Bill’s worried it may have adverse side effects – since it sounds like pure hydrochloric acid, my guess is very much so.
  • Other than that he’s been filling in time writing on history in the Middle Ages.

One day someone’s going to google all this and it will be revealed to be one of the most ludicrous series of trials in American history – man gets tortured in prison for the alleged writing of anonymous blog posts and emails which are quite obviously complete and utter bullshit regardless of who wrote them!

Once again, the USA spends more time concentrating on bullshit on the internet instead of solving its real problems. Perhaps it’s just a covert exercise in media distraction to cover up the real issues – bashing ‘fascists’ may prevent people looking too far into the problems with Russia and the failing economy. Or looking at the reason why school children go on shooting binges – something which never happens in other, civilized countries.

“Did the city of Flint just file for bankruptcy and is on the verge of utter collapse? Forget that, we have more important issues to deal with. God damned Fascists have been using the internet again, just let Flint starve like Detroit, or maybe just get wiped totally like New Orleans. Allocate all resources to the NSA to find gossip on Facebook.”

Please excuse my sardonicism, but America needs to realise that its greatest enemy is currently its own lack of economic and social priorities. When people starve and cities collapse, while enormous funds are apparently spent on the prospect that someone may by typing bullshit on the internet, it is an obvious misallocation of public funds.

The US has the largest reported incarcerated population in the world, and by far the highest rate of imprisonment, holding 2.2 million people in adult prisons or jails as of year-end 2011. Mass incarceration reflects three decades of harsh state and federal sentencing regimes, including increased use of life and life without parole sentences, high mandatory minimum sentences, and “three strikes” laws. The Sentencing Project reported that one in nine US prisoners are serving a life sentence. Many prisoners and jail inmates—including youth under age 18—are held in solitary confinement, often for weeks or months on end. In July, an estimated 30,000 inmates in California’s prison system engaged in a hunger strike to protest conditions, including the use of solitary confinement. Prolonged solitary confinement is considered ill-treatment under international law and can amount to torture.

Bill White in Medical Unit After Hunger Strike

I have that just been informed that after days of being on a hunger strike, Bill is now in the ISO Medical Unit. As I haven’t from him I expect his condition to be serious. This is a result of the inhumane treatment received by the John Polk Correction Centre/Seminole County Jail aka the torture chamber /executioners block. To say that I’m irate would be an extreme  understatement.

For weeks I have been hearing horror stories about the place, with Bill saying it was the worst jail he’s ever seen – having seen many one can only conclude it’s on par with  the third world – possibly worse since Bill decided that starving to death was preferable to living in such conditions.

Bill said that he was kept in a tiny room with 24 hour artificial lighting, no access to hot water, only permitted to shower once every two weeks, and that he had 24 hour video surveillance on him. The cell also apparently had an open sewer running through it. This cell was apparently only usually given to serial killers and people who had committed serious crimes. And as we all know, Bill had great difficulty receiving mail there.

Making comments on the internet are apparently now on the same level of justice usually reserved for serial killers. The fact is that once again  everyone thinks that White Activists are criminals and deadly murderous thugs. And I do not mean just Bill White; I mean all of you. Should any one of you get arrested, expect a similar treatment because according to the wisdom of Joe Bloggs, you are on a lower plane than serial killers and rapists – these people will all be treated better than you. Not because of the accord attributed to the severity of the crime, but because politics is more important than justice.

I’m aware of the fact that this site gets observed 24/7, and that once again someone will be swooping down like a predatory raptor to find some choice words and quote them out of context. You can  officially quote me in your malodorous little file as being morally, ethically and genuinely disgusted with the entire process of ‘Facistophobia’ which appears to be akin to the Witch Hunts of the Middle Ages.  It would in fact, not surprise me if  the next trial involved just drowning Bill in a lake –  if he floats, that will undoubtedly prove that he is a political heretic.

If people spent more time investigating the murderers instead of unpopular internet users and ‘Fascists’, America would be a happier and safer place for everyone. But they don’t – they sit here and read this site  rather than preventing serious crimes. After all, given recent statistics – there are more murders in the USA being committed by teenagers on shooting binges than the Nazi’s. By this logic everyone under twenty should be under investigation too.

The NSA is a spectacular failure – all it catches are people making bad jokes on the internet – no real criminals would be stupid enough to write anything there. So who gets caught? Not the criminals, but  silly people with a morbid sense of humour and drunks. Brilliant. But at least having the highest incarceration rate in the world and corporatised prisons keeps the US economy from collapsing eh? Once again – Capitalism is the basis of everything. Arresting internet users is a good business isn’t it?  A naive belief in ‘Freedom of Speech’ makes good money these days and keeps Wall Street afloat.

That however, is irrelevant – the penal system thinks it’s more important to torture ‘Fascists’ for political heresy that it is to deal with murderers. ‘Fascists’ are the lowest of the low; serial killers have more rights. Why? Because the crime of…insulting someone and hurting their feelings is more offensive than murder? Is this the woeful logic involved? No – the cold hard truth of the matter is that it is perceived as threat to the political order, a rival for power and that is all. To the State it is a political rival and one by one you will all be weeded out and exterminated ruthlessly until there is nothing left but a trail of ghosts on the internet.

I am not a Fascist; but I would torture no man for an idea, and outrightly condemn anyone who would do so. And there is nothing that can be said to convince me otherwise.

Who is guilty of driving Bill White into such a state where he decided death was preferable? Only the Fates and Dharma know. But that I still believe in.

Another Update

Not a great deal of change or progress is being made it seems. There is nothing new on PACER, and Bill is still incarcerated in his dark, dank dungeon within the prison that according to him is usually reserved for homicidal maniacs and people about to get a ‘life’ sentence passed on them.

They told Bill that apparently this is the only free cell….BUT (I don’t want to sound paranoid here) what if it’s NOT coincidental? Perhaps someone is taking these anonymous emails very very seriously, and more over is hoping that Bill is going to get a nigh on life sentence for the alleged sending of emails and anonymous blog posts.

I would write a longer examination on this, but at this point whatever I say will be twisted around, edited, paraphrased and quoted out of context either in a legal form somewhere or on the SPLC in two months, so I’ll just sit back and let them invent their own narrative. It doesn’t matter what I say at this point: it’s all going to be misquoted and taken out of context anyway.

Other than that: I’m still getting security warnings on this site which suggest that hackers may still be trying to get in. I’m sure this is not because of an information on the site (because there is nothing important here) but more likely a desire to vandalise it.

Mail should be getting through to Bill now so go ahead and send some letters through.
